Pratap is the Senior Director HR at Maersk, responsible for Global human resources for the Services business in India, China & Philippines. He was instrumental in transforming the business from Independent delivery centre’s to a global process organization managing end to end service delivery with comprehensive process ownership. The Global services business is a knowledge repository today facilitating vital organizational changes & has significantly moved up the value chain. Pratap has spent half of his career in the IT/ITES organizations like GE, Genpact &Tata’s where he has institutionalized HR best practices & has facilitated best Talent attraction at high retention levels. He was earlier with the FMCG Industries with brands like Marico, Pepsi & Blowplast where he has built great performance management culture’s & facilitated building up high performance organizations. Pratap s areas of passion includes Leadership development, Executive coaching & teaching at various universities across the world & he is an avid angler too. He had received Genpact’s top award called the PLATINUM award as a recognition of his Leadership and his team has recently received the Maersk‘s Global STAR award.
